Yes! You can create and edit your itineraries for free. We only charge when you want to export your itinerary to PDF format. Export pricing starts at $2.99 per trip.
How do I export my itinerary?
Open your trip, tap the export/share button, and choose your preferred format. You'll be prompted to complete an in-app purchase if you haven't already unlocked exports.
Can I use my itinerary for a visa application?
Yes! Our itineraries are designed to meet common visa application requirements. They include dates, times, locations, and can include accommodation details. However, please check your specific embassy's requirements as they may vary.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Your data is encrypted and stored securely on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure. We never share or sell your personal information. See our

Yes! Your trips are synced to your account. Log in on any device (iOS, Android, or web) to access your itineraries.
How do I delete my account?
You can request account deletion by emailing us at support@departi.app. We will delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.
I purchased an export but didn't receive it. What do I do?
First, try restarting the app and checking your purchase history. If the issue persists, email us at support@departi.app with your purchase receipt and we'll resolve it promptly.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store) depending on where you made your purchase. Contact their support or request a refund through your purchase history.
