- Crash reports and performance data
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide and maintain our service
- Authenticate your account
- Store and sync your trip itineraries
- Generate PDF exports of your itineraries
- Process in-app purchases
- Send important service updates (not marketing)
- Improve our app based on usage patterns

3. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Amazon Web Services (AWS) - Cloud hosting and data storage. Your data is stored in AWS servers in Australia (ap-southeast-2 region).
- AWS Cognito - Secure authentication and user management.
- RevenueCat - In-app purchase processing. They receive purchase transaction data but not your itinerary content.
- Apple App Store / Google Play - Payment processing for in-app purchases.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is:
- Encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS
- Stored in secure AWS infrastructure
- Protected by industry-standard security measures
- Accessible only to you via your authenticated account
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account:
- Your trip data is permanently deleted within 30 days
- Uploaded images are removed from our servers
- Anonymized usage statistics may be retained
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access - Request a copy of your data
- Correct - Update inaccurate information
- Delete - Request deletion of your account and data
- Export - Download your itineraries as PDF

7. Children's Privacy

8. International Data Transfers
Your data is processed and stored in Australia. If you are accessing our service from outside Australia, please be aware that your data may be transferred to, stored, and processed in Australia.
